With over 30 years in the Hair and Beauty industry, Malcolm Gibbons has driven his own hair salon to a team of 22, whilst also buying, building and selling successful businesses within other industries.

He has coached and consulted with the largest salon organisations in New Zealand and Australia, and he specialises in coaching Salon Owners to build and grow their very own successful salon businesses. He has delivered over 2,000 one-on-one coaching sessions, numerous workshops and seminars, Malcolm's vision is to help Salon Owners to achieve results to live the life they want.

His vision was the reason why PowerUP was created 7 years ago - an annual industry event to help passionate Salon Owners to plan for the next 12 months, turning CHAOS into CONTROL, and really live and breath their passion.
